Alexandra-Maria-Lara
Alexandra Maria Lara (born in Romania) is an Romanian actor and TV host. She's best known as the star of Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control and Rush. Being the sole daughter of Romanian actress Valentin Platareanu. Alexandra began her professional career in showbiz early. Her roles included lead characters in dramas on television as young at the age of 16. Following her critically-acclaimed character in the television film Der Tunnel, Alexandra went onto play more notable parts, including Adolf Hitler's secretary, Traudljunge, on Downfall. Downfall received nominations for an Oscar and was a critical as well as commercial success. The Reader is another Oscar nominated movie featuring this actress. Alexandra's career has seen her be involved in a variety of notable international and national projects. They comprise British biographical films like Control and The Dust of Time as along with the French historic miniseries Napoleon. She has also been a juror at the Transylvania International Film Festival as in The Cannes Film Festival.
