Alexandra-Maria-Lara
Alexandra Maria Lara has been a Romanian/German television and film actress for a long time. Alexandra is well-known for her parts in Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. Alexandra was the only child of Romanian actor Valentin Platareu. When she was sixteen, she had been offered a variety of television roles including the lead role in the Downfall film Youth Without Youth Control. She was praised for her portrayal as a character in Der Tunnel. This paved the way for other unforgettable roles, including Adolf Hitler's secretariat Traudl Junge. The Reader as well as Der Baader Meinhof Komplex were both nominated for Oscars. Alexandra's work has led her to work on a number of important national and international projects. These include British biographical films Control Greek drama film The Dust of Time and French historical mini-series Napoleon as well as other miniseries. Also, she was on the jury of the Transylvania International Film Festival, and also at Cannes Film Festival.
